the willPower Method

 The willPower Method is a group exercise program (aka willPower & grace) which was created and developed by Stacey Lei Krauss (SLK), in New York City in 1999, while teaching at EQUINOX Fitness. The program grew through an exceptionally talented and passionate group of instructors who felt the unique magic in this program. Over the years, willPower expanded globally. There are hundreds of certified willPower Method instructors around the world (USA, Puerto Rico, UK, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and throughout Asia). Thousands of people have been influenced by The willPower Method. 

 

The sale of this program in 2018 resulted in a brand change to CARDIO YOGA. 

CARDIO YOGA?

CARDIO YOGA was a fitness education program distributed by Savvier Fitness from 2018-2021.  Thanks to the global pandemic, and a few other disruptive factors, the exercise program and brand name have detached. 


In 2026, willPower Method will relaunch with a team of previously trained instructors. Teacher Training / education will begin in Summer, 2026.

The YUJ

(pronounced "huge") Yuj is Sanskrit for yoga, and Yoga (yoke) is the connection of the physical, mindful and emotional bodies
