This membership began in 2020, supported by the generosity of amazing people from around the world. They gave me purpose and supported my work through the pandemic years, and we sweat together every morning through that crazy time. 

And so now, until my life gets in the way, I plan to continue sharing classes, free of charge, in order to serve this special community.
