Donation-based private membership

This membership began in 2020, supported by the generosity of amazing students from around the world. They gave me purpose and supported my work through the pandemic years, and we sweat together every morning during those unsettling years.

Our membership has evolved. Livestreams are semi-private for those who can exercerise live at 7:30am EST (Tu.Wed,Th). Other members use our weekly replay videos and video library.
