
The willPower Method is mind-body education for fitness professionals. It begins with a signature class called willPower & grace. Created and developed by Stacey Lei Krauss (SLK), in New York City in 1999, while teaching at EQUINOX Fitness. The program grew through an exceptionally talented and passionate group of instructors who felt the unique magic in this program. Over the years, willPower expanded globally. There are hundreds of certified willPower Method instructors around the world (USA, Puerto Rico, UK, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and throughout Asia). Thousands of people have been influenced by The willPower Method.
