CARDIO YOGA is a sweat drenching, moving meditation workout distributed by Savvier Fitness. It's a series of functional fitness exercises fused with yogic philosophy. CARDIO YOGA was born from an earlier program called The willPower Method (aka willPower & grace). Created and developed by Stacey Lei Krauss (SLK), in New York City in 1999, it grew through an exceptionally talented and passionate group of instructors who felt the unique magic in this program. Over the years, willPower expanded globally. There are hundreds of certified willPower Method instructors around the world (USA, Puerto Rico, UK, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and throughout Asia). Thousands of people have been influenced by The willPower Method. The essence of the programs are aligned. The rebranding into CARDIO YOGA has made the concept of Emotional Fitness more accessible to students and fitness studio schedules
Teacher training is online; a 40-hour fully accredited self-paced course which provides ACE, AFAA, NASM and Yoga Alliance CECs.
Upon successful completion of the online course, certified instructors can teach the CARDIO YOGA class at any facility without licensing fees.
