Begin with barefoot somatic-based cardio movements and deep breathing to RELEASE stagnation and stress... move into deep, long-held postures to restore connective tissue. Restore your peace, flexibility, inner strength and life-force! (blocks, bolsters, straps)

When you don't have time for a full practice but know the importance of daily movement, breath and affirmation... Each class slightly different, each session will target different areas. This is not a flow class - but a traditional Mysore Hatha-based approach.
