



The willPower Method is mind-body movement education for fitness professionals, rooted in intelligent movement, rhythm, repetition, and breath.
It begins with a signature barefoot workout called willPower & grace.
Created by Stacey Lei Krauss in New York City in 1999 while teaching at EQUINOX Fitness, the method grew through a passionate community of instructors who sensed something different here — difficult to describe, yet deeply felt.
Today, hundreds of certified instructors across the U.S. and around the world have shared willPower Method experiences with thousands of students.
